Mitesh Badiani has lectured widely throughout the UK and abroad in implants and local anaesthetic, especially the use of the wand. He is principal of six private surgeries employing over 100 members of staff, including more than 30 dentists. His work is limited to mainly implants and cosmetic dentistry. Dr Badiani is a member of the British Academy of Aesthetic Dentistry and the General Implant Forum and Training. He is on the Advisory Panel of the British Society of Oral Implantology and a member of the Association of Dental Implantology UK.

Anthony Bendkowski is an oral surgeon with a practice limited to implant dentistry, and is Immediate Past President of the Association of Dental Implantology UK. He has lectured extensively in, and run courses on, surgical dentistry, implant dentistry and bone augmentation. Dr Bendkowski has twenty years’ experience of surgical and restorative management of referred implant cases. He undertakes all aspects of bone grafting, including iliac crest for reconstruction of extensively resorbed cases, as well as the newer technique of distraction osteogenesis.

She travels throughout the UK, assisting Dr Badiani in giving support to other dental implant practices. Emma completed the National Dental Nursing Certificate in 2002 and for the past seven years has been regional co-ordinator for a recognised implant training course.

In addition, he is an Honorary Professor at University Cardiff Dental School, Visiting Professor at the University of Glamorgan and is President of the British Society of Oral Implantology. He offers specialist clinical skills in oral diseases, Oral Maxillofacial Surgery and medicine in relation to dentistry service.  Professor Crean is a Robert Bradlaw Advisor for the Faculty of Dental Surgery at the Royal College of Surgeons and is on the Executive Committee of the CCDAS of BDA.  StJohn is also a member of the British Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

She has sixteen years’ experience in dental implantology and provides nursing assistance on the Royal College of Surgeons Dental Faculty Implant Course in Leeds. Karen has attended the SAAD sedation course in London on several occasions and also works at the Spire Hospital, Halifax, where patients are treated under general anaesthetic. She took the Dental Radiography Diploma in 1994, having qualified in 1986.

Matthew Holyoak lectures on aesthetic dentistry for the Diploma in Restorative Dentistry for the Royal College of Surgeons. He has been involved with the prosthetic aspects of implant dentistry since 1996, working exclusively with the ANKYLOS system since 2003. Dr Holyoak runs his own private practice in Lytham St Annes, Lancashire, where he practises aesthetic, restorative and implant dentistry. Matthew has an MSc in Restorative Dentistry from Leeds in 2009 and was awarded a Diploma in Restorative Dentistry through the RCS in 2007.  He is a member of the British Academy of Aesthetic Dentistry and the Association of Dental Implantology UK.

Stephen is currently completing his MFGDP and has undergone training in the UK, USA and continental Europe. He is Immediate Past President of the Association of Dental Implantology UK, an active member of the Academy of Osseointegration and is on the editorial board of Dental Implant Summaries. Dr Khan is an associate specialist in maxillofacial surgery at Colchester and Ipswich hospitals and an examiner for the Royal College of Surgeons in Glasgow and Edinburgh.

Anthony Laurie lectures extensively, both internationally and in the UK, and is the author of numerous publications. He is the managing director of DentAL Excellence and Principal of DENTS. Anthony trained at the Eastman Dental Hospital and is highly qualified, with over thirty years in dental technology. He is one of only three people in the UK to have been conferred Fellowship of the City and Guilds for Dentistry and is also a Fellow of the British Institute of Dental and Surgical Technicians. He is a past President (2008-2010) of the British Academy of Aesthetic Dentistry (BAAD), a recipient of the prestigious Dennison Award (2006) and was UK Technician of the Year 2003.

He has been actively involved in implant dentistry since 1987 and has extensive experience of all the major implant systems. Dr McNulty has pursued dental implant and restorative postgraduate education both in the UK and abroad. He was awarded the RCS Diploma in Implantology and is continuing the MSc in Implant Dentistry at the University of London. Dermot qualified from Birmingham University in 1982 and, as well as running a successful private referral practice in Bath, he regularly runs courses in implant and restorative dentistry in his tailor-made training centre, which is located adjacent to the practice.

Werner qualified in Germany in 1982 and has been a senior dental technician at Novadent Dental Studios since 1985. In the German army he gained a wealth of experience in the clinical and technical aspects of dental technology.

Waseem Noordin is a cohort director, lecturer and examiner on the Implant Diploma Programme at the Royal College of Surgeons.   At his private referral practice in Edgware, he runs a wide variety of programmes for dentists who wish to offer implant treatment and full-day courses for dental nurses.  Dr Noordin provides assistance to colleagues in case planning and one-to-one mentoring on all aspects of implant treatment.  He has completed a Masters Degree in Implant Dentistry at Queen Mary University of London Institute of Dentistry and obtained the Diploma in Implant Dentistry in 2004 from the RCS England.  Waseem has been placing and restoring dental implants for more than 20 years, using a number of systems.  He is an active member of the ADI and a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.

He has been practising implant dentistry for more than ten years, during which he has placed more than 2,000 implants. Dr Patel has enormous enthusiasm for his profession and is driven continually to extend the boundaries of his knowledge. He is a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantology and a certified Instructor for the International Society of Computerised Dentistry. He also enjoys membership of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and the Association of Dental Implantology UK. Sharad offers an additional mentoring programme to teach referring dentists to restore the implants placed by him if they so wish.

He is particularly interested in the aesthetic aspects of implantology and how to optimise the outcomes of treatment modalities and protocols. Dr Saynor is a past President of the British Academy of Aesthetic Dentistry, an active member of the American Academy of Osseointegration, local BDA branch chairman and a member of the ADI. He has recently completed his MSc in Implantology at Manchester University and is also an honorary clinical tutor on the MSc programme in Implantology at Manchester Dental Hospital. He is actively involved with the development of implant product and promotion of implantology. Nigel qualified in 1980 with distinction from Manchester University Dental Hospital.

Ashok Sethi has a worldwide reputation in the dental profession for the elegance and predictability of his work. He has pioneered and refined both surgical and prosthodontic implant dentistry techniques since 1979. Dr Sethi has organised and taught on postgraduate courses, accrediting dentists in implant dentistry in the UK and Europe. He is Programme Director of the Diploma in Implant Dentistry at the Royal College of Surgeons. Ashok is frequently invited to speak at clinical meetings around the globe and has published numerous articles on advanced implant dentistry in professional and scientific journals. Most recently he has written a book called 'Practical Implant Dentistry' published by Quintessence Publishing Company Limited. Ashok qualified from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne in 1974. The Royal College of Surgeons awarded him the DGDP by election, the MGDS by examination, and the FFGDP by assessment. He is a Fellow and Diplomate of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and has a Diploma in Advanced Implantology from the University of Lille, where he was a member of the Faculty for ten years.

Naresh is a fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and is currently on the Specialist List for Oral Surgery.

Peter Sochor has lectured worldwide, been published in a number of journals and has gained a wide reputation for troubleshooting in implant dentistry. He is involved in research in restorative implant dentistry and runs courses for dental technicians and dental surgeons. Peter is owner of Novadent Dental Studio in London, founded in 1983, which has earned a reputation for its work in implant and cosmetic dentistry. He began his dental career in Dublin followed by a further ten years' intensive study in Germany, covering every aspect of dental technology, leading to his qualification as a Master Technician ZTM in 1982.

Pearse Stinson has been involved in dental implantology for more than 15 years and has experience of several systems.  He completed the Implant Dentistry Diploma with the Faculty of General Dental Practice at the Royal College of Surgeons in 2008, having obtained his primary degree in 1981.  Dr Stinson has attended several dental implantology commercial courses and has completed the initial Hilt Tatum year programme.  He is a tutor on the SMART year programme in sedation for DCPs.

Jonathan is in full-time implant practice at his two referral centres in Leicestershire. He qualified from Leeds University in 1987 and has placed and restored thousands of dental implants using leading implant systems. Dr Ziff is a mentor for the ANKYLOS system and offers surgical and restorative care for referred patients.
